Coastal State University's engineering program has begun a two-semester pilot with 120 first-year students, doubling the size of our first institutional cohort at Northgate.
The structure is the same: consumer product, aggregate-only analytics, no professor-facing dashboards beyond usage. We'll report interim findings in December.
The pilot's design owes a lot to the Northgate program's willingness to run a version they had no ability to grade or surveil. That was a leap of faith, and we're grateful for it.
