Storage

Primary data storage is Supabase Postgres, region us-east-1. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Redundant daily backups with 30-day retention.

Retention

Your data is retained for the life of your account. If you delete your account, it is permanently removed within 30 days, with all backups purged within 90.

Portability

You can request an export of all your data at any time. We provide a JSON archive of your sessions, messages, recall cards, explain-backs, and scores. Response time is under 7 days.

Processing

Your messages are sent to Anthropic for AI processing. Anthropic does not retain the content for training under our commercial agreement.

No model training on your data

We do not use your content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model — ours or anyone else’s. This is a firm commitment.
