You need an account, and you keep your own login safe. Paid plans bill monthly and you cancel them yourself from the customer portal; a first charge is refundable within seven days, no questions.
Using the tutor to produce work you are required to write yourself is a breach of these terms as well as of your school’s rules — the acceptable use policy is the full list.
The service is provided as-is, and what we could owe you is capped at what you have paid us in the last twelve months. If we change anything that affects your rights, you hear about it before it takes effect.

These terms govern your use of the Brainback service. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to use the product. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.
Acceptable use
Do not use Brainback to violate your institution’s academic-integrity policy, or to submit work you’re required to produce independently. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time from the customer portal. Refunds within 7 days of a first charge, no questions asked.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll notify you materially in advance of changes that affect your rights. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
